Gareth is a professional development coach and behavioural scientist who specialises in optimising psychosocial fitness for busy professionals with demanding jobs.
He has worked extensively in executive coaching and leadership development for organisations including the United States Armed Forces, Crown Equipment, the Ford Motor Company, the New Zealand Government, John Deere, The Progressive Corporation, and Sherwin Williams.
Gareth is also an experienced executive and performance coach whose clientele has included professional athletes, musicians, physicians, legal professionals, startup founders and entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives and other senior corporate leaders, including multiple Fortune 500 leaders.
In addition, Gareth is a university educator, who teaches Leadership in the MBA programme at Western Sydney University, as well as an active research scientist specialising in the relationship between human health and professional performance.
He received his doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from Case Western Reserve University (USA), and his Master’s degree in Management from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).

Josh is an experienced risk management specialist with over a decade’s experience operating in Australian heavy industry.
He has led organisational risk management framework design and implementation projects in mining, minerals, metallurgical processing and construction. A specialist in critical risk and control analysis, Josh brings proven methodologies in treating and monitoring risk to the psychosocial hazard management space.
Josh’s leadership in risk management is grounded in a people-focused approach stemming from years of experience in managing workplace health and safety in operational settings, with a firm belief in people being the solution to operational problems.
Josh holds graduate degrees in Occupational Health and Safety and is currently completing his Master’s degree, which explores psychosocial risk perception and management tools used in Western Australia’s contract mining sector.
